Watch other videos for doing this yourself, lot of words here for the lawyers, I guess. This is more actions and work than needed. This one has you moving around a lot. The main tips would be to take a picture of the breaker with all the alien writing shown, when you get to the store you will be surprised with the selection (and they all kinda look alike at first).
I love this channel, but there are so many other videos on this that are easier to understand and this is a really simple fix with just a screwdriver and about 10min. time. Really hard to screw up...but it is electricity so you could die. Probably nobody has screwed up a breaker swap, just use the correct replacement.
And have fun, can’t take house repairs personally. They happen to everyone, house repairs will make you feel warm and fuzzy inside!👍🏻🇺🇸

I turned off the main breaker in the box and tested the breaker I needed to replace with a meter. I touched the screw with one lead and put the other lead to ground and it read 120 volts AC. Isn't it suppose to read zero? What happened?

Thanks for this video! I noticed when the electrician was swapping out my breaker it was all LIVE! It went fine but I thought it would make more sense to shut off the main first 🤕
