---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Experiencing acute food poisoning can be a significant event, with up to 10% of individuals developing chronic digestive symptoms afterward. The immune system plays a crucial role, recognising the food poisoning bug and responding by generating antibodies against the toxin.

In some cases, the immune system may misfire, initially targeting the toxin and then mistakenly targeting the digestive tract too. Consequently, antibodies are produced against the body's own tissues, resulting in a breakdown in motility. Understanding these immune system intricacies helps make the connection between acute food poisoning and lasting digestive issues.

Why the motility issues? My motility has all but stopped. I have an average of 2 bowel movements a week with daily laxatives
. I have never had a problem like this until now.

Hey man I love your videos! I have methane sibo and my herbalist in my country (unfortunately I’m not in Australia otherwise I’d have picked you) gave me also chicory Inulin to treat constipation but I read it’s a controversial supplement.. what do you think? Thank you!
