The BIOS update doesn't fix the damage that's already done to your cpu, nor can it fully prevent degredation.
I have a 13900k, and even when I undervolted out of the box, updated the microcode, and prevented it from going over 85°C, I still lost performance. I went from a 5.8Ghz to 5.3Ghz in 2 months. The only way to "fix" it is to RMA or avoid buying intel for now.
Before people say, "5.3 is still good, " no, it's not when you consider how fast the cpu degraded.

Fake news; as stated damage already done is irreparable. Even tho this microcode “fix” should make the cpu live longer it still asks for too much power.

This can cause even more damage if your not careful

Stop making such videos if you have no clue about pc. This 'fix' only applies to the 13 and 14 gen CPUs. Just because you have an 'i9' or 'i7' doesn't mean it is unstable. It could be 12th gen like 12900k or 12700k

This is wrong if you already have the issue you NEED to contact intel to get a replacemnt they have extended thier warranty for these chips so you will have to get it replaced if the dammeges havent acired yet you should undervolt and do a Bios update.

The effected chips are EVERY 13th and 14th gen chip except of the i2 and Laptop versions no 12th gen or AMD chips

@Xilly I have an amd Ryzen 9 9900x I am having game crashes can you please help me

This isn't true. The instability is caused by the microcode sending too much power to the CPU, which caused permanent damage. Best fix is to undervolt the CPU, it's not that complicated
Sidenote: this only affects 13th and 14th gen Intel CPUs that draw more than 65w

there isint a fix bro if its u stable then its already too late intel cpus before the brand new bios and microcode updates have had the microcode send too much wattage for parts of the cpu that are now permanently damaged due to their incompetence wich causes the instability

Actually the easiest way to fix this is to get a am5 mobo instead of keeping the lga 1700 one

Nope not at all. (They renamed to core 9 and 7 ultra)

Every game crashes constantly- can’t play anything without Unreal Crash, ‘No Memory’ or Blue Screen. (BIOS, GPU drivers, MB all up to date)

Don’t message him just take two seconds of research and do it yourself. It’s not rocket science and there are plenty of pages on how to do it
