What I appreciate about you Geoffrey is that you don’t say “give up walk away” like I’ve been hearing daily .. it’s not that easy. I know what love is ! My wife of 17 yrs was killed by a texting teenage driver .. 2013. I loved her. Now I have a partner that we share so much love.

I went to college to be a game designer, and took classes to think systemically when it comes to fixing video games.
What I love about this channel is that the advice is systemic, it's not looking at little short term bandages and tactics to make things work again for a little while. It's not looking at ways to cling to power, hurt your partner, and make them feel small. It's trying to curry mutual trust, safety, and understanding through hard work, vulnerability, and effort. It accepts, unlike all the common notions, that living with someone else is hard, and there's no substitute to that work. I heard these gut wrenching words and that was the end for me. I went into depression for a week because I was trying but she kept rejecting me as if she was satisfied with my pain.
