They're raw! Just fried for a moment but most of it does not get cooked. Very cool, I always felt different eating them like I was eating cleaner.

Para servir: pan de pita, salsa tahini, ensalada.

DIRECCIONES
0:03 1. Coloque los garbanzos en un tazón grande sobre ellos con aproximadamente 2-3 pulgadas de agua fría. Deje en remojo durante la noche, luego lave y escurra.
0:10 2. Ponga los garbanzos lavados y escurridos en un procesador de alimentos, agregue los dientes de ajo, la cebolla, el perejil, el cilantro, el bicarbonato de sodio y las especias. procese hasta que quede suave pero que se desmorone.
0:31 3. Transfiera a un tazón grande, agregue el pan rallado y mezcle hasta que se combinen. Cubra y refrigere por 1 hora.
