Thank you for doing real subtitles!!
It takes time and effort which is why so many channels use auto caption and never even bother to do a quick proofread, but when subtitles are done right it is REALLY, REALLY appreciated.

I love falafel, who doesn’t ? Great recipe ! I love Lebanese food and gastronomy, it’s the best in the world. I’m from Norway, I got the chance to study Arabic at the American University of Beirut eight years ago, it was wonderful.... beautiful country, people, rich culture and history. This is Lebanon in a nutshell. Shokran!

I really love your channel. In a strange way it makes me emotional because it reminds me so much of my grandmothers cooking.

Absolutely delicious, I love Lebanese food---I make flax wraps for my falafel sandwiches. When I go all out I make falafel, hummus, dolmas, and avgolemono. I've never tried to bake falafel, I will now. Thank you for this!

If you use that kind of bread, I can really recommend, to tear it apart, so that you have two round sheets. Then wrap everything in one of the layers and then the other layer around. It holds better like this and the bread gets a nicer consistency. All the good falafel stores here make it like this.

What a great recipe, I swapped the flour for chickpea flour as I have some to hand, this keeps it gluten free and seems to be a very logical swap if it's simply to mop up excess moisture. Love the tahini sauce too. I have been making these weekly now, they're that good!

I also made this recipe and it was absolutely AMAZING! Don't over process to ensure that your falafel filling doesn't become mush and remains crispy!

I've had moderate success preparing falafel in the past. I KNOW this video will change that. They look and sound perfect. THANK YOU!

I've been making these for a while now but came back to see about baking them. Thanks. Turned out great. I cooked extra and used them, cut in quarters, as "croutons" on some lentil soup.

Hi, I made this recipie today. I divided the mixture into two, just like you I baked one batch and fried the other. I would say I definitely prefer the fried version as its more crispy. The baked are also good however you can taste the rawness of the ingredients. I cant wait to make some falafel wraps!! Thankyou so much 💓

I have cooked the recipe today and everyone in my house loved it. They are my best attempt at falafel and I'm adding the recipe to my cooking notebook, this is my falafel recipe for ever! Thank you very much. I've also tried the humus and it was very good, but skinning the chickpeas was a bit hard work. Thank you again.
