Ireland has four seasons. Spring begins on February 1st and growth begins. Summer from May to end July. Autumn 1st August to October 31st. Winter November to end January. Late Spring to end September are beautiful. Lots of colour and longer days.

Well if you do decide to come visit you'll be welcome. I will warn you though things can get a little pricey in Dublin at least (likely among the big cities and tourist trap areas too)

That being said the history is quite literally beneath your feet in some places. For example in Dublin there are streets that follow the original Viking settlement of Dublin near enough 1000 years ago as well as some of the city walls, churches and cathedrals built centuries back as well that are above ground as well. Same for virtually all the other cities in Ireland as well.

As a side note you may even be able to find a couple of famine villages as well. That being the ruins of villages that go back to famine times. The one know of is near Clonbur in Galway among a variety of other places that I wont spoil for you.

In mostly cork / kerry area you will notice the doors all bright colours.. there is a historic reason for this when queen Victoria //famine queen // died people were ordered to paint there doors black in respect for a certain amount of time ... offcourse they irish painted them as bright as possible in defiance of what she did and they tradition lives on today 😂😂

Im irish and dont get me wrong theres plenty of places more beautiful than ireland imo like tropical islands, parts of europe etc but even after being fortunate enough to travel a lot there is something unique about ireland, especially when youre in the middle of nowhere in summer on a clear day and you look around its just so many shades of green at once its almost overwhelming, some grass even looks really turqoise and blueish at sunset and stuff. It really is something i notice when i come home.

If you can hire a car, you can visit the places the main tours never go, take the advice of the locals. Ive lived in Ireland 69 years and Im still discovering wonderful places. The No 1 place not to visit is Temple Bar in Dublin.Visit Donegal, a stunning place .

Thank you Mr Gentleman Giant as usual, it was not an Irishman who did the video because when he mentioned Dublin offers easy access to Blarney castle, he was wrong as Blarney is the south west of Ireland as opposed to Dublin being in the east, so he was very wrong there. Thank you Mr Giant as usual, love from Ireland xx

I'm disappointed they didn't include the Boyne Valley, Co Meath. If you like old buildings, this is where they're as old as you can find. It's a UNESCO heritage site and includes many Neolithic passage graves, standing stones etc. The passage graves of Newgrange, Knowth and Dowth date from around 3, 200BC (far older than the pyramids). Also close by is Slane Castle and all is accessible as a day tour from Dublin. The early Christian site of Glendalough, Co Wicklow is also well worth a visit. Buildings (including a round tower) dating from the 8th/9th centuries set in a glen with two lakes - hence the name Gleann Dá Loch (glen of the two lakes). This can be another day tour from Dublin.

Yes Fall is the most beautiful time, rain slightly softer!! Mist and fog and high sun, so combination can make nature shine a bit better..so Aug to Oct spooky season with Halloween, in fact I know you would have celebrated Nov 1st as all Saints day, so to keep Celtic tradition November is called Hallows month mi na Samhain ...
I now live in Galway best of both worlds without a doubt ..The aran Islands are 3 small islands of the west coast of , and they are a joy to behold...imagine my luck for work, used to fly twice a week ( weather permitting) for work..Tiny 8 seater, one of those seats right beside pilot, We had to be weighed each time to see where would seat us !! If heavy loads, either they emptied the littke cargo at back or took a person off 😅 less the 10 mins across the sea, if wind behind you less! the winder the better as made it a pretty exciting nail biting experiance is called Autum here, I prefer fall as describes the leafs...

Come to County Tipperary, visit the Rock of Cashel, Cahir Castle, the swiss cottage and take a lovely mountain drive called to Vee. The ring of Kerry is beautiful. My advice to you Mr Giant, Don't stay in Dublin too long, very expensive and gone dangerous too.

Most of ireland looks green all year round, but Marginal boggy land goes red, brown or sandy colour in the autumn. If you want to see green everywhere it would be in the summer

Hey Mr. Giant. I think you'd really like Galway and there are many festivals here. The biggest is the Galway Arts Festival, but there are about 200 festivals altogether per year. Two other places I think you might like to visit in Ireland are:
