Imagine your dumbbell telling you "come on" doing a rep.

incredible... best TGU online probably.. I've seen a lot of guys hit 150 lb, 180 lb, but nobody over 200 lbs like you did, with the exception of maybe 1 or 2 people... but yours is the heaviest I believe.

The flakes you see drift around in the camera view are the cameraman's body who got INCINERATED TO A TRILLION SPECKS OF LIFELESS ASH by the sheer badassery of this tgu. Like, super human stuff.

podstawowe pytanie - czy przy TGU +90kg za odblokowanie osiagniecia zaczyna padac snieg?

Amazing strength! I am looking at heavy tgu's to understand the technique. I have a question. Is your technique correct here? Because in guides, they tell you that you may not turn the bent knee during the first phase as you do here. They say it should remain in the same position. But I don't understand how else you should raise the weight without doing a crunch. I think your technique looks powerful and safe.

The "Turkish get up" movement was discovered by retired Turkish SAT commando "Namik Ekin" and his friend "Özdemir". Namık Ekin is also a contestant in 24 different branches. He holds eighteen (18) unbroken Guinness records. Despite the age of eighty, he continues to try to record records, including records such as skydiving and being buried in a coffin and fed only with water for seven (7) days.
