Hello. I had both hips operated for FAI by Philippon. Going back for one of them where the surgery did not work, possibly adhesions.

Do you guts cut the TFL during surgery? I got my surgery 9 weeks ago but until now I can't still walk without using crutches cause outside of my knee is stiff and hurts. My ot told me that my itband so stiff cause by my stiff tfl muscles.
