Now that's a new one. But it does simplify for beginners.

So, I can follow along and understand the instructions. But I'm having trouble with coordination. I'm 41 years old, never played an instrument and always wanted to learn the drums.

For step 1, I can do the base and snare. But trying to throw in the high hat gives me trouble. Any suggestion to improve that coordination or is it a matter of practice or am I just hopeless?
