Why would you want to go back? I mean to sacrifice health for taste, but feeling better should be priority.

Hi Dr. Goldner! I did your rapid recovery in June 2019. My question is i tested positive for Sibo in March 2020 for both. I am getting conflicting info on eating raw food and how to heal my Sibo. Any suggestions??? Maybe a video for this?

Why would anyone want to stop nourishing their body?

Thank you. This was really helpful. And why would I want to go back to some foods even if high raw hyper-nourishment helped? Because I loved to cook. I ate a very wide variety of foods. I was not a vegetarian or vegan (though dairy and gluten-free), I live in a 4 season climate, I'd like to join people at restaurants, cook for friends, eat at friends houses. and eat traditional foods. I'm not saying I will deep dive back to foods that didn't support my health-just saying these are compelling reasons why I might not want to always treat food like medicine and energy only.

One of her main arguments against the Keto diet was that eating less carbs may reverse your type 2 Diabetes but that you're not really cured because if you increase your carbs the type 2 diabetes will come back. So I think it's a fair question to ask if your autoimmune disease would come back if you stopped having the hyper-nourishment. She isn't consistent in how she judges the Keto versus how she judges her program. Everything she says here in support of her program can be said for the Keto diet as well. I'm just gonna float that back to her and let it simmer.

Just confused is this also for no thyroid on thyroid medicine? Are cruciferous foods, raw foods, night shades good for you? Someone like me? I’m willing to change my diet.

what makes rice noodles inflammatory? I don't quite get what is inflammatory and what isn't yet. I mean if I eat rice noodles once a week will I undo my progress?

Please help fellow nourishors! I am 2 and a half weeks into my hyper-nourishing and am wondering about walnuts? They have a omega 6 and 3 ratio 4:2 and I also saw that avocados are 13:1. So it would make sense to me that is okay to eat walnuts, but I saw that Dr Brooke Goldner said no nuts?? So is it okay to eat walnuts? And if so how much?
