I used it on Mizora in act 3 because she’s mad annoying and there’s no way to deal with her without her poofing back to avernus. Now I have two statues in my camp.
Edit: they might’ve patched this so it’s not permanent on certain enemies anymore…

if you turn invisible and start combat and immediately cast gust of wind when she is standing at the balcony, she will take something like 530 fall damage

Fun fact, you get the scroll from one of the storage items in her office if you just go to combat instead.

Also, if you're having a hard time fighting her, kill those little floating heads. Each one you kill lowers her, max HP.

After you pay her, she begins a route where she looks out a window for an extended period. Just give her a little push out the window and the fight is way easier
