CTS V sunroof leak part 1

My local Cadillac dealership kinked the sunroof drain hose which caused the water to backup and leak inside my car. Once I found the drains and snaked them with wire I discovered the blockage. Upon removing the panels and interior I found the hose was kinked because they did not route the hose correctly. I discovered this so long after it being at their shop that I did not file a complaint.
