About Me:

My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first Youtube channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

Hey Mikey, a kefir drinker here. Ive had gut issues and bloating for a long time that 5 years ago i started incorporating a lot of fermented food in my diet and one thing i discovered that helped me a lot is Kefir! Yes it is much concentrated and healthier than yogurt. I started with water kefir but i like milk kefir more that i now maintain my own kefir grains to make my own kefir milk. Give it a try. Ive wanted to suggest it to you whenever i see u drink kombucha but i was just too shy to comment. Also if you find kefir milk too sour you can dilute it with a little more milk. But my kids and i have adjusted and we like its sourness. I even use kefir instead of milk to my baked goods, makes it more delicious. Im so happy you've tried kefir!

Wow… 2008 was so significant for me, too. I left my ‘former life’ after coming back from vacation in the Philippines for 2 weeks… to start my life with my husband here in Las Vegas—who happens to have been my first boyfriend from high school (1980)—and I was his first girlfriend as well! After 27 years—and separate lives—we got back together. We married here on 11/11/11… and just celebrated our 13th Anniversary last Monday!💖🎶🥂I wonder what this next chapter of Pluto will bring to us, too! Blessings to you, RJ and your fur babies for this next chapter in life as well… 🙏🏼🙏🏼🐾🐾💕💕 Also… your Aviary is looking more awesome each time you implement a change… 🪴💕🐦💕💦

Omgosh Mikey! After hearing what you said about the astrology cycle I am reminiscing back and yes I agree! To make my long story short, my husband and I had a good life until 2009 when we lost our home due to him being laid off from work. We sat in our bedroom thinking what are we gonna do now. My husband took on 2-3 jobs just to make ends meet but that wasn’t even right. One day, I said hey why don’t we cater food to family and friends since our family raves about his cooking! We created a name for our catering so that was our weekend side job. We catered to family and friends for a whole. Then In 2017, we got our big job when we were asked to cater food for a first birthday celebration about 200 people! People from that event started talking about how great the food was then people started referring us for their next events and there it started. We got really busy with events that we needed to find our own commercial kitchen. This is all while both my husband and I were still working our full time jobs. In March 2020, a realtor called us to view a kitchen with a bonus dining area! My husband and I could not pass the opportunity so we gathered our children (now ages 26, 24 & 8) and we had to think of a name for a restaurant. We brainstormed on the name, menu etc. Fast forward to 2024, we now have 3 restaurant locations and soon to open in Vegas! Omgosh just looking back I do believe! And with my family’s hard work, sweat, tears, and perseverance, we made it this far. To date, we still have our catering business with bonus 3 brick and mortar (soon 4)! Thank you Mikey for the inspiration! I always look forward to your vlogs because I love seeing your life stories and I learn a lot from you thank you for making me happy! I feel like you’re part of my life and I’m part of yours! Hehe 😉 ❤

evening Mikey and RJ, The aviary looks amazing!😍 I love how you made the comment about it looking like a fairy tale, because it realy does. And the male sailfin, so close: amazing! Those legs are so big now, and his skin is so nice💚. I remember when you set them out in the aviary, they looked so small and had stick-like legs. They are realy growing up so nicely. Also loving how the brahma/halfbrahma chicks want to stay close to the house, and people, they are so cute. 🥰 Daddy?s joke of the day was so funny that I repeated it here ... made my husband roll his eyes and grin. )
Interesting about the astrology stuff. Not a firm believer of it myself, it did make me think back, and I am happy to say I am glad that part of my life is done with. Not doing the details, but in short it was when my massive pains started and went too big and I could not fight it off any longer. So, yeah, bring that change as you move into my part of the celestial heavens Pluto, let the age of Aquarius begin. 😉 Then again, since about 2 years that change has been happening already ... my pains got kicked back with meds, and I am able to be curious again❣ So, did I just jump the gun on the planetary move? 🙃😉
