If I acknowledge that the anxiety is there, then name the physical symptoms, it really helps. "OK, I'm feeling anxious. I feel my throat tightening up, my stomach is feeling nauseous, " etc. This helps it to slowly melt away.

I am currently doing exactly this..I’m sitting allowing my flight or fight system to run..I have a severe vibration in my whole body..it’s really intense but fighting it for 4 years has got me nowhere but 100 times worse..

Accepting Anxiety and letting us to let it be here really HURTS. Accepting the PAIN does not help😢
