Fun fact, most of the airfryers that are around 30 dollars or so, if you take out the basket and look up at the heating element. it's literally just a stove burner that gets air blown across it. And the heating element is just a piece of metal with electricity going through it to heat it up.

He's so right about spraying your food with oil! Because it is basically heating the oil which cooks the food that's covered with oil. And you only needed this a light coating. 👍

I believe much less oil would be needed on the food for an air fryer to fry than if you fried the regular way.
