Premiere Pro CC : How to Un-Nest Video Clips (Undo Nesting)

In this tutorial, I demonstrate how to un-nest objects / clips in Premiere Pro CC.

umm, so the reason why I googled how to unnest in premiere is for the sole purpose of not doing it the way it's done in this video. Adobe should have that unnest feature.

But if everything is timed in the original track(and you have more than one clip in the original timeline) - then you cant do this...it has to be placed in the same timeline - how to do that ?

i didnt know this i knew about clicking to make new sequnces by dbl clicking but not that it unested things ! THANK YOU

Yeah but what if you edited the nested clip, say with music and you want to pull out just the portion you had in the edited nest. This solution is not helpful.
