How were the different parts of the brain attached to specific functions? For example through what scientific method or process was the somatosensory cortex in the parietal lobe linked to sensory feeling? How was that discovered?

My question is: How can someone or ''something'' enter data into the brain, how can a brain be reprogrammed? Or how to insert false visual memory data... In the origin of bits 0 and 1? Wireless? Remote brain wave manipulation? Stimulating false memories. I'm sure there are reports about mental illnesses and their causes. But the stimulation of some visions, hallucinations can be created with the "help" of technology. Thus people can be manipulated from a distance... But the question is how? How can you create a wave, the carrier frequency of bits composed of 0 and 1 that can manipulate neurons... Am I crazy? I believe that there is such an action on the part of governments.Example - In FM you can transmit mono or stereo...
