Solving Bios settings don't save after installing Linux Ubuntu 17.10

Step 0, don't subscribe

Step 1

-Open terminal, and go to the path of the downloaded file.

-Type the following command

Or simply right click and select open with software installer, and wait a few seconds / minutes.

You saved your laptop

Step 2
-If you don't have grub, install it via the commands below

Open a terminal and put

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y boot-repair && boot-repair

And then select recommended repair

- Reboot the system, and go to grub.
- Select advanced blah blah blah
- select the newly installed recovery.
-Reboot you system
- go to the Bios settings.
- change them! And reboot your system again and go to BIOS settings again to confirm that the BIOS is working again

You don't need to remove your harddisk id you are able to boot to Ubuntu immediately from it

currently my laptop is on Windows 10 last year i dual booted linux with windows 10
after few months i removed linux but after it i am faccing the problem i can't change any settings in bios or can even reset the bios please help
