Reset BIOS on motherboard in fastest way

only in three steps.
1) remove the cmos battery
2) Position the cmos battery in vertical . Short the two terminals on cmos board. hold in 3 seconds
3) Return the cmos battery .

Hello, i was trying to enable rhe xmp 2.0 for my ram, and putted 3200mhz, pc wouldnt boot up then i relized my ram was 3000mhz (😢) so i tried to reset the bios throigh cmos, psu tirned off, cable taked off, jumper putted on 2-3, gpu disconnected, coin battery taked off, waited 15 minutes, put the jumper back on 1-2 pins, the gpu and coin in their Place, keyboard full black, fans doesnt spin, monitors black, i noticed the case light do one millisecond of blue light when i try to turn it on, what should i do? I damages my ram, my psu or my motherboard? Or anything else? Checked the cables and seems like they're all connected.
Would appreciate some help!

Hello po kuya, hinayaan kopo naka sleep mode pc ko kagabi. Tapos pag gising ko ayaw na mag on. NAg oon naman pero 1 second of agad.
