Sir in my case opp party is not bringing his evidence from last 6 month. On date the opp party only brought evidene affidavit (साक्ष सपथपत्र). Again he was given chance to bring evidences. On my date on 20 Aug 2024, the consumer commission asked me to file written argument. But the opportuinity to bring evidence by opp party has not been closed by consumer commission. अगर मेरे written argument जमा करने के बाद opp party evidence ले कर आती है तो मेरा written argument ख़राब हो जायेगा... कृपया बताये मुझे क्या करना चाहिए..? 🙏
