13:48 - Yup, like a lot of the stuff in ads, they're _always_ "on sale". You can let the timer run down and it'll still be the same price. You can refresh the page and it'll be on sale for whatever the full amount of time was all over again. It's like those "# people watching this" things; they're often fake (we've even seen some where the number was created by a function that picks a random number 🙄).
