Ronin-SC | Basic Operation

0:11 Turn on. Press and hold power button on gimbal. Beeps.
0:20 Lock camera orientation. Press and hold trigger. Light blinks green.
0:30 Recenter. Double tap trigger.
0:34 Self portrait mode. Triple tap trigger.
0:39 Switch user profiles. Press M Button. 1 Pan tilt Follow, slow, medium. 2 Pan follow slow, medium. 3 Pan tilt follow, slow, low.
0:52 Auto tune. Press trigger and M button simultaneously 6 seconds.
1:20 Fix drifting. App - Status - System Calibration.
1:39 Joystick calibration. Tap trigger 4 times hold on last. Lights blink. Rotate Joystick. If blinks green calibration success, blinks red failed, repeat
2:12 Sport Mode. Press and hold M button. Light turns yellow. Release M button to exit. Double tap trigger while holding M button to lock sport mode.
2:38 Flashlight mode. Press and hold trigger, tilt ronin horizontally.
2:50 Underslung mode. Press and hold trigger, tilt Ronin upside down. Or double tap power button, tilt ronin upside down. Rotate gimbal roll axis to ensure camera upright. Double tap power button to engage motors.

Mine doesn't return exactly to centre, its always off by 1 or 2 degrees after a few pans, unless I double tap the Trigger. My friends is exactly the same.

It is very problematic to switch to "UNDERSLUNG MODE" mode when a cable is connected to the camera. The cable protrudes (protrudes) far beyond the camera. And during the transition to the "UNDERSLUNG MODE" mode, the cable touches the stabilizer. (sony a7RIII)

Hi! My RSC is not yet 1 year old but it has major malfunctions. It won't recenter when I double trigger anymore. My pan axis stucks not even half way yet if I move my joystick left or right.

I always balance my gimbal and balance test through my phone. Please help me, how can I contact your costumer service so I can ask for advice and show a clip of my gimbal's problem?

I am ready to return mine because it’s been frustrating to figure out why mine isn’t working like it’s supposed to. It doesn’t lock when tapping the trigger once. It drifts to the left and right in Mode 1 and 2. We need a detailed video on what’s the best settings inside the app to get it to work for each mode. Thank you.

Can you do a tutorial or explain how to connect the ronin sc to A7iii via usb c. I want to be able to use the record button on the gimbal instead of the camera shutter. I'm sure there's some settings you have to adjust on the a7iii in order to allow the the camera to connect to the gimbal, just can't seem to figure it out.

Hi, Can you please help. I try to balance my Ronin SC with Canon M50 + Sigma 16mm and Rode videomicro. Less than 2kg. Everything is OK except for Roll balance. Camera always rotates (a bit) from left to the right and from right to the left. Impossible to balance it perfectly. The application on my phone shows Excellent for everything however I see that ROLL balance is not that perfect like Tilt balance. Should I return the Gimbal do DJI ? or just leave it like that ? Thank you for your help !
