I've been married for 19 years, the granola thing isn't as small as it sounds, being married takes work, you have to actively put effort into it every day. Love is an action, it's not a state of being

small gestures speak so much.. and when they stop they speak so much more 💯.

This divorce attorney needs to have his own channel... for reals🎉

People are laughing because it’s granola, while clearly missing the significance behind this. The point is these small gestures indicate a healthy relationship with an observant partner. Once those gestures start drying, it’s indicative of apathy and becoming too comfortable, which are both often the proverbial death knell of a relationship.

Bottom line: never stop dating someone.

This right here woke me up to what was happening in my marriage. I will forever thankful for James for opening my eyes to the fact it had everything to do with me.

That's when she knew he was buying some other woman granola.

Thank you for this video, though it brings up painful memories.
At first i was with an abusive wife for 13 years of my life, then i left when i couldn't bear it any longer, bear in mind i only stayed that long because of our kids. After two years of being single, i met the love of my life, and we had a fantastic first 5 months, then my PTSD kicked in and I did a lot of things because i wasn't properly healed, and she left me. I realize now and i feel so empty and lonely inside. I love her.

That granola analogy is gonna become a meme at some point

I like this guy WAY more and I believe that he gave way better relationship advice than that Orion guy or Sadia, and he is a divorce attorney! I do feel like he is truthful in what he preaches and perceives human nature better.

OMG THIS WHOLE EPISODE IS AMAZING. My partner and I have decided to get a prenup because of it and understanding it comes from a place of love and the hope is to NEVER have to use it.

it is often the very small gestures that matter because it shows that you will be there for the big things if you care enough to remember the little things often ; )

MANY people within a relationship will actually
set-up their partner to fail, just so they can use THAT as a reason to get divorced or leave. (that's not playing fair to the other person)

This guy is great. I’ve listened, learned and fully understood everything he said. He hit close to home many many times, kinda scares be but atleast I’m prepared

She should have voiced what she was feeling. It could have made a difference.
