My take is, if its not natural then its not to be eaten. This is why we are so poisoned in this country, because we try to innovate everything even our food.

all i know is when I ate wild-caught in USA I felt good. But in Japan eating the farm-raised from Chile I felt weird. now mind you, I thought in Japan I was eating wild-caught, after all its a big island known for its dish. I couldn't understand why I felt a bit off, i asked my hubby to translate and he said it's from farms in Chile, I went all over the town looking for wild-caught salmon and there is none, maybe in a big city like Tokyo, imported from Norway. In fact, I thought when I went to the conveyor-belt sushi in Japan that it was wild-caught, but its all farmed. I'm guessing the super expensive sushi restaurants that cost $50 pp may use wild-caught?
