Easiest way to build and store a salad

…and this is just one of the variations of the many salad jars you could make

I love me a Greek salad so here’s a pretty standard recipe (I didn’t measure anything, just eyeballed it 😅)

Dressing:
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Dried basil
Half a lemon squeezed
Honey
*taste the dressing and see if you need more of any ingredient*

Salad: *make sure all ingredients are chopped up nicely so you have easy to eat salad*

Chickpeas
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Red onions
Olives
Spinach
Kale
Goat cheese

Cover and store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat it! I like to prep 3-4 at a time so I have salads ready to go for a good part of my week!

Awesome ! In the correct jars finally🙌🏾 I really dislike when people use mason jars. It’s hard to get the salad out of the jar. This looks great!

Yummmyyy that looks amazing but question and sorry if I'm dumb lol (new to meal prep) but how do you keep the kale lettuce for example in the salad from getting soggy if lets say you meal prep for a week? Oh because the dressing at the bottom?
