I have entered 40 and I believe and love traditional local food and till now by God's grace have no diseases and look younger than my age and now only focused on a happy menopause in future..I had 2 daughters and don't need any more eggs and it's natural and with time will grow old and leave this world one day..I just want to go smiling from this world..my grany and father left this world happily and satisfied and I want to do the same.

Thank you so much for explaining so well about the issues of menopause. My periods stopped since the last 2 years but it is now that I feel that I have gained weight. And I have been consistently working out since 35+ years. I m so emotionally stressed that inspite of exercising I gained weight. But you explained so well about it that now I am relieved. I hope this weight gain is temporary as you explained.

Hello ma'am. I came across your videos I watched almost all of them. After watching your videos I realised many things:
1) how wrongly I was dealing with my weight loss journey.
2) as u said, In 2020 I hired a nutritionist for weight loss, since then I am trying to lose weight. I lost weight then gained back again, lost then again gained. This process continues. Recently in 6 months I lost weight (10kgs) but since three months I am not losing further less than, 65kg.
3) since the day I joined nutritionist, I just think of food as carbs, protein fat etc.
4) i am fed up of counting calories, weighing rice and flour and snacks etc.
5) everytime I used to eat more, I instantly used to feel guilty, and started thinking of next day plans, detox. Used to feel stressed and so annoying.
6) this happened not once but many times.
After watching your videos I feel so bad about the approach I was following. I was a food lover, Every time I used to eat anything favourite, I was just in guilt, more stress and all. I started hating to party or wedding so that my diet doesn't break.
Thank you ma'am from your videos I have realised that we should love ourselves, our food and culture.
Thanks a lot for opening our eyes.

I request you to please make a video regarding people like us, who were into those fad diets, and now how can we get back on track?

Hello mam, seen some of your What I loves about you nd your all the advices is than you always say follow your mother or grandmother's diet, recipes.... You always make a point to use whatever available locally, seasonally nd traditionally in anyone's region.... That's what I love the most.. While going through your videos I came to know that what all my mother taught me is very useful in every point of life... Which today's generation is not feeling right they follow what others say as you said in this video ke aap agar in chizo ki value nahi karoge to koi aur aapko dabbe main pack karke bill banake Hope my daughter will understand this nd learn this things rather then going crazy over other things... Thank you for such an educational video. It amazing how our fore mothers never complained about menopause, and its now the modern women who are facing so many issues. Probably they dealt with earlier because of the traditional lifestyle and dietary habits. We really need to go back to our roots and improve our lifestyles. You are a true guru. Thank you so much. 💓

Beautiful and easy explained, I like her very much because she always insist to have local and traditional food, I read her book don't loose your mind loose your weight, and because of her book, I did do ant harsh diet after my deklievery, I ate all the traditional and local food and fruits and exercise and was able to loose weight of 30 kg in one year
