Nagorno-Karabakh: Armenia, Azerbaijan ceasefire comes into effect

A ceasefire agreed by Armenia and Azerbaijan has come into effect at noon local time (08:00 GMT) to end nearly two weeks of heavy fighting over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.
It follows two weeks of intense fighting over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh.
The deal was announced by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov after talks in Moscow.
Al Jazeera’s Sinem Koseoglu reports from the city of Mingachevir in Azerbaijan.

Karabakh belongs to Armenia how can you tell ethnic Armenians to leave their land, it like Ukrainians telling Russians leaving Crimea what happen to that? A war broke out and Russia claimed it's land back.

Karabakh is an internationally recognized territory of Azerbaijan (by the United Nations). Karabakh is both historically and lawfully lands of Azerbaijan, however, Armenia wants to continue its occupation which lasts 30 years. They killed thousands of innocent people in 1988-94 and forced over 1 million locals to leave their homes. They created a separatist state that NO country in the world recognizes (including Armenia itself). Respect History and International Laws!

Nagorno-Karabakh declared its independence on September 2, 1991. Azerbaijan declared its independence on October 18, 1991.

An independent Azerbaijan has never held a valid international legal claim, nor ever exercised state authority over the Armenian population of Artsakh

The cease fire shoudlve been today at 12:00 and it didnt even last 10 minutes. At 12:05 Azeris started firing again and war goes on yet again. I think we can all clearly see who is the real aggressor here and who really wants to have peace. You dont need to be Armenian or Azerbaijani to understand that.
