Cease-fire Appears To Be Holding In Nagorno-Karabakh

A cease-fire between Azerbaijan and Armenian-backed separatists was reported to have held overnight in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. In the town of Hadrut, in the southwestern part of Nagorno-Karabakh, ethnic Armenian forces remained in their positions with heavy artillery.
