Some Americans don't seem to understand how big weight 256 kilos is because it's approximately 565 pounds. He's only 18 and that squat depth was crazy.

lol looks like he is using all the weight sets that he's bought over the years on that lift. The plates are all different. Kinda cool, like it shows his progression over time

Come on folks! The guy is squatting 256 kg - 565 pounds for ONE REP MAX! No wonder his form isn't spot on. Do you even lift?!?

This is not really happening at all... he just recorded himself sitting down to take a shit in a hole in the ground and then used his joked about 3D Studio to create the platform, weights bars etc... Its about time the truth got out! Sorry bro... I couldn't keep up the lies and deceit anymore..

When I was squatting parallel PL style, my knees were fucked, torn cartilage, constant pain etc. No after addressing mobility issues i've been squatting ATG for a few years now with very minimal knee pain. As far as wear and tear goes, i think progressive overloading strengthens every aspect of the joint structure, making bone, tendon, ligament and obviously muscle more robust.

Amazing weight. Respect for the deadlift wounds too. Always wished I did olympic lifting back in my day. Though I think my knees would have hated it even more than the decades of powerlifting.
