This whole trial has been a pathetic mess. I am all for Justice, however I don't feel that GA RICO is even fair to anyone. The state didn't prove anything beyond reasonable doubt, so if I was on this Jury, they would be going free. That is my opinion. That being said, if it has to go to the appellate court, it should be reversed. Just all around pathetic Fulton County DA's office.
