Method No. 3: Another way of making garlic water is to add 3 to 5 cloves of garlic in water and give it a real mix using a blender. Leave the water overnight as this water will absorb all the nutrients and desired minerals in it. Boil this water for 3 minutes and drink it on an empty stomach.

Because, I've been consuming garlic from an early age, since my infancy, The reasons for that, one of my uncle was an exporter of garlics, onions walnuts & others products from his farm. I used to eat sandwichs garlic, onions +lettuces every single day, since I was about 5 y.o.
I do remember, one day, I caught up one of the truck drivers having his lunch. As a child, my curiosity when wild, I asked him:What are you having for lunch?... He promptly replied;...I'm having my daily garlic sandwich +++ whatever else I foubd in my lunch-bag !
Then, I asked him: Is it good?
How does it taste?
Afterwards, he shared with me saying; Here you can have half of it and I wanted all up !
Nowadays, I'm well over my seventies and I'm truly enjoying good health & feeling likes SUPERMAN...Up & away !

It's been a year I drink garlic water. I just use 1 clove of garlic, sliced and put into a mug with water. I just simply soak the sliced garlic for about 10-15 minutes. Then drink it in an empty stomach. I never boil it. I used garlic water as maintenance for high blood pressure medication instead of losartan as the doctor prescribed. I only took losartan for a month only. After viewing the video about garlic, I decided to adopt this garlic water. Sounds good to me like stronger teeth, active brain, I wrote poems that I didn't did before, crocheting, whenever I get bruised it immediately healed without medication, I've got a pinkish nails, I don't like nail polish. I'm already 60 years old now and I look like 59, joke 😀. Yes some people said that I look younger than my age.

I take 1 clove of garlic with honey in a tbspoon daily, empty stomach be4 breakfast and it boost me in the night and I love taking it every day can't stop taking it no.
