Just made the roasted red pepper mac n cheese with brown rice fusilli pasta. The sauce was AMAZING but yielded enough that I used 16oz of pasta and there was plenty of sauce to go around. My new crave!!!

Tried the dairy free fettuccini alfredo recipe without the onion and it came out great. Just needed to add a little more water to thin it out. This recipe is great! I’m sure you can substitute the type of nut.

You're relying too much on cashews for your dairy free recipes, they are very fattening and many people have nut allergies, why not try blended cauliflower as a base? Or just make a cheese sauce using non-dairy cheese?
