I laughed so hard the first time I saw this, also because this guy keeps complaining that the main characters always do stuff together, and then of course he blows up because he's not a main character.

Arzt was really well written imo. He's such a real depiction of a lot of people

But this actor is very smart in choosing this short role because thanks to this he made us remember him by everyone who watched the series!!! Sometimes when a person makes a simple move that is on everyone’s mind... but in reality it may happen something big, and remains in the memory for years. Yes. ❤

Not gunna lie, the first time I watched this scene I was bored of this guy just going on an on about "safety" so I stopped paying attention, and then BAM... Scared the crap out of me.

this scene always upset me when i watched, everyone thinks haha funny random explosion but the fact he KNEW what he was dealing with was volatile always upset me, he knew what he was doing was dangerous but he was desperate to try and escape the island, he was just doing what he knew best at the best of his knowledge

He actually has a point about the main characters. It's like highschool and only the popular students are noticed. Why make 48 survivors if your just gonna revolve around less than a 3rd of them. I am pretty sure I saw a chinese dood from the beginning who wasn't seen in a single conversation.
