Microsoft Xbox Series X Console Audio Static / Crackling

People are having this issue with Series X consoles creating static / crackling audio, it doesn't matter if it's their headsets or soundbar etc, and nobody can find a solution. It happens moving around the Xbox dashboard menu, randomly while playing most games and more frequently with certain games like Skyrim, Cyberpunk. Microsoft don't seem interested in patching it up?

Yes, this problem has been around since the Xbox One era, but there is still no definitive solution.
