I need not 1tb for series s. I need a feature, where if u use external blu ray disk, u can extract files between disk and series s, while saves are saved on console. Honestly, it would be cool. Also having yuzu, rpcs3 and cemu on xbox is cool

Well, the chips werent as cheap as they are now. Just look at 4tb nvme drives, when the s launched those were over 500 bucks. Now they cost 280 or less. That savings goes down the latter. It makes sense.

Selling a digital only console with only a 500gb or even a 1tb hard drive is such a joke lol, with the game file sizes now days a 500gb is going to be over halfway full after just downloading the new call of duty warzone lol! Will never understand why anyone would buy an all digital console with no disc drive just the dumbest consoles ever made in my opinion! The only time I ever get a digital game is if there is no physical copy of said game otherwise I refuse to get digital games and only buy physical copies and I’m the same way with movies too. And not to mention you can’t play any old backwards compatible Xbox or 360 games you may have on a digital console, can’t watch movies on it and use it as a 4K player, and if developers ever decide to take a game off the digital store it’s just gone forever they can’t come to my house and take a physical disc back from me! All digital is NOT the way, keep physical media

Technology is deflationary. The xbox 360 launch with 20gb hardrive if you got the pro model and it ended with what, 500gb, consuming less power, with more functions like built-in wifi, and costing less. The fact that they are charging an extra $50 for this shows how crazy inflation is now.
