🥓Limit Processed Meats

Processed meats have been linked to an increased risk of cancer. Best to limit how much you eat.

🥦Eat More Veggies

You need to bump up the veggies! As cancer survivors we have spent months and years under oxidative stress. Time to repair the damage! Antioxidants are exclusively found in plant based foods. Help your body repair and fight off recurrence. Start tonight with increasing your veggies!

150 Minutes of Cardio Per Week

Exercise can cut your risk of cancer recurrence in half! Most recent literature says women who hit target exercise levels enjoy a 59% reduction in cancer recurrence! When you exercise, you also build and maintain lean muscle! Keep you strong, lean, and your metabolism up (helping with any weight gain).

💪🏻Add in Strength Training

This is probably the most underutilize strategy to help prevent cancer recurrence. Strength training! It’s completely normal and natural to be intimidated by strength training. Start with your bodyweight instead. Choose exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, planks. Get started today.
