Hello Jake, I couldn’t receive or send emails for 5 days. I tried all sorts of ways to fix this. Basically, outlook and Microsoft’s advice are rubbish. They just refer you to a Community Forum online which is pretty useless. I couldn’t send or receive or synchronise my emails. My university emails, also outlook, were ending up in my hotmail, that was crazy too. I tried to find out what happened. I realised in “sent” there were about 250 emails, with attachments sent from myself to myself. These were all scams. I also noticed my hotmail was tempered with twice in that week, in Nigeria and in Portugal. I realised I haven’t used my data, almost 10% of my allowance. There was nothing I could do, for three days I kept trying to find a way to call Microsoft but that service isn’t available. There isn’t an online live chat either. But I had to settle with changing my security, password and rely on two step Authenticator via my phone. Then deleted all those heavy attachments both in “sent” and “deleted items”. My email eventually started receiving emails. But I still couldn’t receive or find or capture anything I missed in those 5 days. Do you have any idea or advice please?
