He had just a smoll greek state (just a peace from greek land, only Epirus) and he fought 2 states stronger than him. Rome with Carthage together (all the romans and all the cathargians vs only the greeks of Ipirus). If it was vs only Rome, the romans could be dead now for sure!!!

I think the map of Epirus is wrong- Epirus didn't occupy most of the whole Albania- the northernmost border of Epirus was around modern-day Himara, the Ceraunian Mountains.
