Ive been literally in the gym doing dumbell bicep curls... with tears streaming...due to difficult realtionship problems..thankfully no one around me really noticed...I didnt want to "look crazy" LOL...but I will say keeping myself in physical fitness kept me more mentally balanced..ultimately its God that has helped me but these other things can help in human terms

When you eat too much and you feel sad especially after a break up. I don't wanna go poop 💩 I don't wanna go pee, and we wait for the day...😂
