Weak legs come from weak hips which can compromise the alignment of your knees; causing knee stress and pain. Building up, and using your lateral hips through abduction exercises is the best way to wake up your hips and get them back in the game to build invisible legs.

Your videos have dramatically improved my workouts and how I think about training. I have learned much much more from watching your videos than all of the very popular calisthenics channels combined. Just to give you an example: You seem to be the only one who talks about the power of the centerline element. This element of progression seems to be completely ignored by the very big calisthenics channel, if I'm not mistaken. Even if they talk about close push ups, they just mention that it focuses on the triceps, and that's it?! And your ideas on proactive tension have also made a big difference for me. Especially the fact that you can't just assume that your muscles work optimally because you're doing a certain exercise. This is an extremely underrated idea in my opinion, and you seem to be one of the few who emphasize this. If you ever plan on doing workshops around the world, I would love to see you in Denmark!

Imagine how much your strength would explode if you tried something like a 12 week powerlifting program and took it this seriously! You already have a perfect base of strength and size, and most importantly a really strong kinesthetic awareness to be injury free and it would make your calisthenics get better too.

another good one we did in cross country practice was tracing out the alphabet in the air with each foot. I do this one in the shower and while it’s probably not the safest place to do it its very convenient. your hips burn after this one

I feel some pain doing lunges and split squats, and always think that I do those exercises in a poor way. So if you don't mind I'd like to ask you some questions.

1:14 Then, should I get both of my front and back leg closer to the center, with both feet pointing out straight forward while doing lunges and split squats? I am so confused because some other youtubers were saying that when doing lunges or split squats, our feet should be apart shoulder width and pointing out slightly outward just like bilateral leg exercises.
1:47 Does that come from weak gluteus medius and minimus of the back leg side, or the front leg side? I've believed it is from the weak gluteus of the back leg side but you're touching the front leg side's.

Yesterday I did assisted pistol squats & 1-leg half squats. Today my hip flexors/ psoas muscles are sore. Does that mean my form was incorrect?
