Saab 9-3 Tid 2007 No starting - Please help

I have recently had issues with my car going into limited performance mode and then cutting out. After spending a lot of money with a local mechanic where they fully cleaned out the the fuel system, tank and all lines. There was black sludge in the tank. Replaced the fuel filter, fuel metering valve, and then the high pressure pump. Replaced timing belt.

They had the car running better but the fault of 'limited performance' still came up. However the car didn't cut out anymore. They then suggested a lot more cost which would have been new injectors. I decided to have the car back and look for some recon ones however when I collected the car I could start it. I complained and they said "well you have chosen to not have all the work done so the new pump could still be sending crud into the injectors. The AA did get it going with easy start and it ran perfectly home. Now I can't start it. I have replaced the injectors now and this is what I am getting.
