Dude, never stop making videos. Genuinely criminally underrated material. Every video is like a bachelorette thesis

What a great informative video! Thank you for putting this together. I am very tired of the many health 'experts' on TikTok who never speak about the science of things and only on their anecdotal experience. Keep doing what you are doing - appreciate you!

Wow, I love, and 100 percent trust all the information I have learned through his videos. He is amazingly intelligent, and excellent in explaining all details in each video. Soo, yes I will absolutely continue to make his videos my go to information center. I highly recommend everyone to watch his videos. Thank you Dr. Yeung. God Bless You

Think about it would you rather pay $1, 000 a month for a drug that could possibly cause you to have long-term health issues or take something that's completely natural and has been studied for over a hundred years?

Thank you very much forbeing HONEST about this! I have seen health influencers on YouTube tout Berberine as being as good as Ozempic. I have taken Berberine before and while I experienced some benefit from it, I didn't feel like it was anything remarkable. Nature's Metaformin is definitely a more accurate description from my own personal experience. I would hate for anyone to take Berberine with the hopes of it being like Ozempic.

Berberine is working perfectly for me. My carb metabolism has improved significantly.

If Ozempic increases the release of insulin from the pancreas, doesn't that lead to more insulin resistance, which leads to a furthering of type 2 diabetes?

You just convinced me to try Berberine.

It would be worth mentioning that Rybelsus contains something that Ozempic doesn't.
What Rybelsus contains • The active substance is semaglutide. Each tablet contains 3, 7 or 14 mg semaglutide. • The other ingredients are salcaprozate sodium, povidone K90, cellulose microcrystalline, magnesium stearate. See that big word SALCAPROZATE? SALCAPROZATE? It seems that the Semaglutide molecule is too large to fit through the stomach to get into the blood so they add salcaprozate to the pill to "make the spaces of the stomach a little "wider" so the semaglutide can make its way though the stomach to the blood. Officially salcaprozate is called an “intestinal permeation enhancer.”

Thank you for this information. I have been taking berberine and have not lost weight. I am starting semaglutide (generic - like ozempic) tomorrow. I am assuming I should stop the berberine - seems that it might possibly lower my blood sugar too much.

This is a really great video I want to tell you about my success story and how I made it work for me.

I think that berberine on its own might not do that much but when you combine it with a really good fiber source I think that it can really work wonders. Because when you take a berberine with a good fiber source It automatically causes your digestive to slow down and you get fuller faster which at the same time gives you this great benefits along with what berberine does.
