The CPU cooling system can cool the CPU into near zero, but sometimes it's not enough. RGB lights on the fans usually needed to further isolate entanglement and superpostion from quantum noises.

Dear IBM, Whoever Mixed the Person doing the narration on this video, forgot to de-ess her vocals, she has very sharp frequencies on her "S" that almost whistle at the end of some sentences. Just listen between 1:56 and 2:01 it hurts the ear a little. FYI
