I’ve always just used a clear sandwich bag and an elastic band for the first one. Definitely works on a little mirrorless setup. 😅

Nitecore Baby Blower Nano, Wera Tool Check Plus, Wera multicoloured Allen key set, disposable shower caps for 5 and 7” monitors and the SmallRig Hawk Lock adapters are all things I have come to really love having in the kit bag. Especially the Hawk Lock adapters are great for smaller light fixtures like Aputure MCs and small monitors.

@3:00 small rig also have smaller footprint screw on AirTag holders that mount to cages in various ways. Even other filmmakers I tell about that while I’m showing them have a hard time seeing them and it sleek black and easy to mount. Have a body cap too but also a small rig holster on each of my bodies

The Smallrig AirTag is a better solution than a “cap” because you need a special Allen key to remove.
