Hey, i dont want to start a argument but i do thing you should clip your birds wings ONLY when you first get them, that way they will bond to you and wont try and fly into the hemisphere

My bird is missing. I reached out to the local rescue to see if they maybe received him. The first thing they got on my case about was his wings not being clipped. I didn't agree at all but didn't say anything. Even if they feel that way, they should have at least waited til bird and human r reunited instead of making someone feel worse! I still don't feel they should be clipped. Unless like u mentioned, a health reason.

Yeah I cut my birds wings, because he wasn’t grown yet and when he was flying he would hit his head, and bump into other places but now his wings grew and he flys perfectly!
