Personally i think everyone who goes on about gloss necks being sticky are totally over reacting. I've played gloss necks all my life and not once have i found them hard to play or become sticky and i sweat a lot on stage and play my guitars pretty hard.

I have a 1996 Squier Strat, I bought it for £60. I didn't even plug it in before buying it as I knew it would sound like garbage. The guy who sould it to me thought he was ripping me

I went for it because the MIK Squiers have AMAZING necks. The electronics were out in a flash and once I threw in some Bare Knuckle pickups, full sized 250k pots and a new cap, it sang like a bird. Total spend £210. Definitely beats £1000+ for a

you guys make some awesome vids! Must be a fun workplace! I've had em all as far as tele/ strats go. Since the birth of Classic Vibe i say it's either Classic Vibe or American Standard ....the MIM is a middle ground price point that just isn't justified next to a Classic Vibe!
