It's not pointless because you can put the front seat forward in the chauffeur position, and then you can't reach the screen. For the same reason, you have a remote in the S-Klasse.

I've been seeing this 7 on the road lately and gosh it really looks amazing. The big grill is not ugly at all and it does make the car look more luxurious than ever.

After that, the grille will take up almost the whole front and the lights will be in the grille.
