I would take the BMW hands down, though in a more appealing build then the one in the video. I know a lot of people here haven't had the opportunity to have these as dailies, and trust me when I say, if you actually look around and actually felt the interior, which you will if you owned them, you will find a whole bunch of plastic inside the S-class. If you tap areas, you'll hear they're hollow, thin, they rattle, etc. The BMW however, you can be a lot more aggressive in your tests and feel the difference. No plastic, everything is sturdy, nothing feels hollow, etc. On top of that, the seat comparison of the two are like night and day. My partner and I, while we had the Merc, it just felt so cheap, and it looks all wrinkled/cracked, especially as the car was reaching a year old. Our current BMW however, moving onto year 2 and the leather still looks as nice as brand new, and is still extremely comfortable.


As for the infotainment centers, hands down BMW. Honestly, BMW's infocenter and technology is still ahead of the game for pretty much any car brand out there and is extremely user friendly.

S-Class is more luxurious which is iconic because Mercedes is TRUE luxury automaker. BMW in my perspective is more sporty with addition to luxury but not enough. Both are great nevertheless!
