The lettering on the tablet looks simular to a cross between Nordic runes and Ogham to me. I'm not sure where they started but it could help to look towards those languages to translate the tablet.

Archeologists are always going to dispute anything that doesn't agree with their timeline of human history. Doesn't matter whether it's proven or not. They still can't explain how the massive granite blocks were moved to build most of the ancient sites in the world. Who really knows what civilizations were around or how advanced they were in the distant past.
